We are Steve & Diane and we purchased AZ 30 back in April 2006.  When did you sign up? For us it's been a long wait but we believe that it will be well worth it when the constructions finished.  The completion date that has been discussed recently is April/May 09. Is this something like the dates you've been given?

Now that we can see some of the villa's being built it's boosted most buyers moral and we cannot wait to get back out there for holidays.  

Look forward to seeing you there sometime.

It may be a nasty rumour, but after contacting our agent regarding the installation of solar panels and air con units in properties purchased last year, they have informed us that the foundations to our property are starting!!!!!!  Lets hope that they are and that this is the start of the real La Tercia Real.

Hello everyone and thanks for keeping the updates coming and especially for posting the photo's.  The redesigned pool area is quite a change from the initial artist impression, which I must say was a selling point for us. Maybe it will be expanded after future phases are completed. One consolation though is that we won't have far to walk for the golf!!! or was that to the 19th.
