Hi

I own an apartment in Marina del Castillo and had enquired with Ros y Falcon as to whether there were any of the storage units in the carpark available to buy.  They informed me that they were all sold.  Does anyone hold one of these and would be interested in selling or renting it out?

Hi

 

Can anyone tell me if the IBI for Marina del Castillo has been set and what the situation is for paying taxes for the year 2008-2009?  Has anyone done this?  We were advised to wait until the IBI was set for the development and then we could back-date it.  Just don't want to be getting into any trouble!

Hi

Due to work commitments we will be unable to visit our apartment for the next year or so, therefore it is available to rent on a long-term basis.  Our apartment overlooks the roman ruins and therefore has uninterrupted sea views.  It is also fully furnished.

Hi

 

We currently have our 2 bed 2 bath apartment advertised for long term rental with Duquesa Estates.  It is in Marina del Castillo and is located on the side which overlooks the Roman ruins with sea views.  It would be available for rent from the end of September although the maximum number of months we would look at renting it out for would be 8 months at the moment. 

Get in touch with Duquesa Estates or back in touch with myself to discuss further.  We will be in Duquesa from 29th August however my parents are currently in the apartment and could show you round if necessary.
