Yes I did realise I have to register pay tax, insurance etc,

i read an article that Murcia region was trying to encourage business start ups by relaxing some planning and use requirements as long as start up business adhered to regulations

i use double cream to make ice cream 

have heard not readily available in some parts

it would be Murcia region but would require larger quantities probaly litre or 2 litre jugs

perhaps cash & carry or wholesale outlet

planning a move to Spain next year, after many years thinking about it

thinking about Murcia region although havnt been there in few years so be interested in any info how tourism affected lately I know a lot af empty developments a few years ago

would be starting business there and have heard Murcia region a bit more relaxed regarding burreacuracy than other regions.

i currently run an ice cream parlour in uk and would be thinking of similar business in spain

any advice appreciated
