We just purchased an appartment last week an are interested to hear what the problems are with the solicitors. Is it just down to cost, do they get the job done safely?

Just bought an appartment but didnt purchase a parking slot. What is your opinion or what do most people do? I have been told there is plenty of parking nearby.
