I was there in late Feb 2011 and noticed the same problem. I did raise it with Peninsula who fobbed me off  by saying the rains were unusually  heavy this year and it  isnt the norm!!No suggestions were given to sort the problem. The stairs were very dangerous to walk on.

Wehave not yet completed on our purchase and are worried at the state of the development. It didnt looked finished and was deserted.

There were other issues like the lifts not working,water was collecting on the roof etc. Our Kitchen has not been installed yet?

have  you completed on your purchase? Have you encountered any other problems?
