Hi everyone,

We have just got back from Spain having had a fortnight over there.  We went up to the site and explored the area a little.  We went into the Trampolin Hills sales office and saw the new model of Royal Dream which has been put into the office in the past two weeks.  For those of you who haven't seen it we've uploaded two photographs of it.  It was really interesting to see it and you'll now be able to pick out  your own property on the site.

Looking at the site itself there is no difference from the photographs Miss Moneypenny has uploaded.  One interesting point we were told is that the leveled land is phase one plus half of phase two.  Another interesting point is that the area to the right of phase one on the other side of the lane is going to be a sports facility for the area of Albudiete and Campos Del Rio.  It will be run by the council for the use of locals. We were told it will probably consist of a pool, tennis, basketball, football courts etc. 

We looked at Mula and the surrounding areas.  We went over to Archena to the spa and were very impressed.  It certainly was very beautiful. We were told that there will be a new motorway going down to the  Mazarron area which should be very useful.

By now there should be permission to build four show houses on the Royal Dream site.  I don't know why they will build these as,  according to our agent there are only 6 Macarenas left for sale. 

We had a very positive visit to the site and the area.  So far so good !!

We will be out again early September for two weeks and will gather more information then.

Hi Darren and Chris,Its good to see more people on our forum. Plot 308 looks in a great position, well done. I didn't know they had been released for sale in that area yet. Do you know how many Macarenas have been sold so far, the last we heard was nearly half had gone.You said about another forum, which forum was it ?  It would be interesting to look at other forums which have Royal Dreams on.  We will be going over to Spain Friday 6th July and will be going up to the site to have a look around.  We're looking forward to getting to know the area a little more.

Hi everyone,

We too have bought on Royal Dreams.  Our plot is 292.  This is the second time we have bought in Spain.  We have a property in Gran Alacant (just as you have Worcester).  It's good to have a forum available,  to get to know our potential neighbours.  It's good not to get too concerned about negative reports on these forums, as from experience things seem to sort themselves out .  However it's a useful way to share news about progress.  The area around Mula seems to be very interesting and in July  (6th-19th) when we are over in Gran Alacant again, we hope to explore the area around Mula some more.  Has anyone got any useful information about the area around Royal Dreams?  We're looking forward to the development being started and to being able to keep in contact with others who have bought there, and looking forward also to reading news on the forum.
