Hi all, After calling into the main Polaris office in August , as you can imagine Polaris are fully aware of the  extent of the

flooding/leaking water problem. They apparently have assigned someone to start sorting this out asap.

 I did explain that this is not a new problem or a result of the unusual rainfall

in August. It might be best if we all contact the president's and look at what action we can take to sort this.

Water is also coming down the extractor fans in the ground floor apartments when the wind is blowing a certain

direction. Beware if you have granite work tops as it will cause  a permanent water mark if water is lying for a period of

time, which unfortunately has happened to me. It's probably a good idea to put a bucket underneath until it is sorted out.

They have been to my apartment three times and the problem still exists. Another visit to the office in October no doubt !!

Hi Linda,

 

I took my daughter and her friend riding in August at the Meta riding stables about 10 mins drive from condado. It's a small

school but very friendly and clean.The horses are well looked after and Veronica who is the daughter of the owner is very experienced. It's 25 euro for 1 hour which can be a lesson or trek. They all speak excellent English. You head towards Alhama  from

Condado go straight on until the next roundabout and head towards el Palmar at the next roundbout folllow the sign to el Palmar and its about 6 miles along the road on the right. The road runs parallel to the main Murcia motorway which you can see on the left. They

have a good website and you can ring them to arrange a lesson. Unfortunately I have left the number in Spain.
