We are in the same situation as yourselves, our apartment is in Esc 6 Bajo 3 and we were meant to complete in Jan of this year - but frustratingly are still waiting.

Like yourselves we also bought through Atlas and they have given us no info or help and we feel we are in complete limbo

I have the feeling there are quite a few of us in this nightmare senario unfortunately

Hi,

When we spoke to our solicitors on Wed, we were told that the 900 euro was for the connection of the utilities to the apartment block (which has been done and is in everyones contract)

Re the builders 10 yr guarantee, im hoping its the same in Spain as it is here, ie the guarantee is with a general building body not an individual builder, cos if thats the case then it;ll still apply

Hi Everyone

We have just returned home after attending the meeting on Wed.

Regarding the 900 euro, it has been lodged with our solicitor and as far as we are aware even people completing now and in the future will still have to pay this charge as it is for connections etc, so anyone who has already paid this, it isnt lost. I hope this makes people feel better about that situation

I would also like to give our thanks to Carol who has been working hard on all our behalf
