I'm looking to rent a one or two bedroom ground floor apartment within walking distance of Estepona port for 6 to 12 months from January.

Capability for broadband and Sky TV (or similar) is essential and a nice terrace/garden area would be nice. I wouldn't want a property with old fashioned furnishings.

My budget is 600€ per month.
