HI,

endesa have been taking larger and larger amounts for my electrcity from our spanish account, I have received a letter from them and from roughly translating it it mentions something about change in regualtions and i need to nominate anouther supplier, has any one else had issues with endesa other than not being able to get hold of them...any help advise would be appreciated!

Hi I am going to be renting my property for longer than a holiday let, 7 months, and just want to make sure I have a rental contract that would stand up for Spanish law, does anyone have a copy...any where they can point me to without having to pay massive legal fees, would like to be able to deal with all of this myself.
