Hi ppl,

Looking for a bit of advice from anyone that has managed to claim a refund, we are currently in the process of claiming a refund as we have purchased an apartment in phase 8! And have no idea when it will be available as we are already way over the stated completion date.

We are using an independent Lawyer and are starting Legal procedings, I would like to check the prices they have quoted us to ensure they are correct:

Legal Representaion from Lawyer :   2604.00 Euros + VAT

Legal Fees : 7642.00 Euros + VAT

Public Notary: 200 Euro + VAT

Does this seem a bit expensive?? Opinions please!
