He had a list of about 15 other properties that had also had been cut off at the same time 

I think the banks had blocked accounts I was not supprised when another neighbour arrived this week to be confronted with a freezer full of rotten food an no utilise !

i checked my neibours apartment on Terrazas about 2 weeks ago only to find the electricity was turned off and was lucky that the food in the freezer was still OK as it was only a matter of hours since the disconection

I got the security to confirm what had happened
