Hello all,
I meet SallyB last night and she informed me about this site, so thought I would say hello to everyone and note a few issues to be aware of.
I signed for my aparmtent on the 29th June and I'm delighted with the finish of the actual apartment and the view is priceless. There are a few sangging issues which need to be sorted and I completed a snagging list on 6th July and to date none of the work has been carried out. Although Rosi is incredibly effiecient she doesn't appear to be able to set up a meeting with the builders. I have been promised a meeting for a couple of weeks and now it 's August I don't hold much hope. (Holidays here)
My biggest issue is the noice that sounds through the whole building when the water pump for the sprinklers comes on, this has been at all times of the day and night and is quite a worry. I have spoken to Rosi on many occasions but it is still happening. I know this is bothering other apartment owners.
The communal area, around the apartments is very disappointing. The pool and showerss unusable. Well I wouldn't use them, very dirty. Generally it looks incomplete and the area to the back of the pool is still just mud. The sprinklers are coming on too often and the grass is very boggy, the sprinklers around my apt are spraying my terrace and windows everytime they come on. Obviously a real pain because I can't have the windows open. I'm constantly complaining about this but again nothing has been done. I have paid my communal charges and feel Graemu are waiting for more money to come in before they get things sorted.
Sorry to report some negatives but I think that the more people that speak to Graemu the more likely we will have a complex we can all use.
