Hi everyone - I was just looking for updates when I came across a few more reports about Victor Sanchez and his court case(s).  If you google his name you will find a number of recent news articles (during the last week) that suggest that the magistrate in the Medina Elvira case has called for an expert witness to review the information to see if  there has been a breach in planning.

So it looks like a decision could be made shortly - however I know that my husband is still very concerned about it all.
