Found this link on Cortijo de Torreblanca forum. Basically they say that this is Aifos under a new name, has same office address anyone else have any info about this?

That sounds quite hopeful?! fingers crossed thats true hey? we have been up to the development about a week ago and no sign of anyone living there but will go up again later and let you know if any news. Not much to add regards new contacts we have found that are not signing, we seem to be the quietest development forum on the net? not sure where all the purchasers are?.

We had already decided not to sign but called our lawyer about this today (he was the one recommended by Casablanca) he has advised that we sign as this is better for us in the long run financially because of the possibility of Aifos going bust?! and also if Aifos get as many as possible to sign then this will push the town hall regarding the licence? we have always had our suspicions about him being too involved with Aifos & Casablanca. Also Banco Pastor said similar and we are now being pushed by them to sign. Needless to say we are not taking this advice.

We have since spoken to another lawyer who advised that by no means should we sign and he is investigating this further for us with the town hall, I'll keep you updated. I have a feeling this is going to drag on and on......

Aifos removes flats underneath of the land ELPAÍS* :  The property development company Aifos has built in Fuengirola a promotion with 203 dwellings, Terraces of Torreblanca, when the license granted by the City Hall authorized him to raise 161.  The 42 houses built of more are found at present in a legal limbo because the town council that presides Hope Oña (Popular Party) refuses to give the license of first occupation until the project be not adjusted al authorized.  This administrative obstacle has not impeded to the property development company of malaga to market the dwellings, with what the buyers can be al final the main damaged of the conflict.

Hi

As far as we are aware it is NOT the First Occupation Licence that has been granted (which is the important one) as the Town Hall has refused to grant one because of the 'overbuild' on the construction, I have had messages in the past week from Aifos/Casablanca etc saying they now have the 'Finalisation of the construction' licence or similar and we should sign the escritura but personally I am not willing to make a commitment yet (strange that we now have contact with everyone following that news article!?).

However maybe I'm wrong and someone can tell me otherwise? I hope so!.
