We don't believe you have made a mistake.  We believe that LTR will be a quality build in a quality place, and from the other Peinsa build we saw, it will be well worth the wait.  As for payments, we also paid deposit, then 30% within the same time scale as yourselves.  We have also taken the bank guarantee option.  ( Maybe  they want the 30% because it is so close to the build stage that we bought - some people secured their properties way back in 2005 I think.)  Buying any property in England or abroad, especially a new build, is a big leap of faith, and also a lot of money.  I know some people have said that Spain is over developed, but no doubt you've seen for yourself, this does not apply in La Tercia area.  We are not moving over permanently just yet, this will be a holiday home for us - but I hope you stick with it, it will be nice to meet you.   If you do there certainly seems a nice bunch of people re-locating over there, who are happy to help with any advice they can.

Hi Andy

We've just bought a townhouse at LTR and would love to meet everybody on 1st Sept - double celebration as it's our wedding anniversary as well !.  Have booked into Holiday Inn and look forward to meeting you all then !  We have a few up to date photos of site, (i.e. last weekend) and will post them on site as soon as we can.
