Hi Everyone!

It has been a while since my last post.  I lost my job in late June and I am in the middle of legally battling my "unfair" redundancy so I could not keep an eye on the site.

My paper work has gone to the "juzgados" but I will not hear back until Sept. I read that some of you have back off the legal action, I understand about your fearsof of losing more money. Because I put into these apts a significant amount of money, I cannot afford to sit back.

I have no confirmation that Banco Pastor has repossed the land. Has any of you got any solid info about this?

Hello Everyone in the group with Costa lawyers. I believe we all have now the letter from lawyers detailing steps of the process and cost. 

Regretably, I have been informed that I cannot be part of the group as I had no involvement / relation with Palmera.  After my efforts of finding you all, I am all alone again!!  I have confirmed to the lawyers my acceptance of their letter.  I know there is more money going out of my pocket but the way I see this scenario is that we cannot sit still any longer - to a degree it is a risk, I know, but I am confident the outcome will be positive for all of us.

I will keep in touch with developments.

Hi CJW,

yes, it is best if you call the lawyers direct with any questions you may have. The documentation they need at the moment is copies of your contract/s, any payement receipts to Urbasa, Palmera...and any other paperwork relating to, if applicable, the termination of  contract. They will not be able to give you an indication of costings at present as they need to evaluate our case first once they have all the information from everyone. Then , they will give us what is called a  "minuta" with details of the process, stages...and fees.

Just spoke to lawyers - not much to report other that they have got the paperwork of 7 and one more on the way. Also, been told that others can still join in, so for those who are still out there, pls call them - the more the better and stronger!
