This is an update to you all who were involved in Santa Maria Green hills.

Many of you have got nopthing back and in a group with Carlos Comitre.

Well heres the latest on us, we won and we got our money back finally or about to.

Our lawyer Jose Ramon - he is the best  !

If you still havent got your money or still waiting or given up.... DONT ! take a leap of faith and go with Jose

We gave up and after 12 years or thereabouts, the justice system seems to be working !

Good luck and keep going. Contact Jose Ramon at Perez lawyers,... they will sort everything out within a few months

If MVG is in liquidation, can they still force people to complete ? I guess they cant becuase receivers will deal with their debts etc.

So what does that mean for all those still who havenot completed and lost their deposits and their intial case ?

Do we know if the people who won their cases, got their money back ? those of us who worked with Carlos will know Carlos predicted they will go bankrupt eventually. Interested to hear your views, we have just appointed Costa Luz Lawyers and hear Marinez are also very good.

Our situation was we lost the first case, with no bank guarantee, and they have our deposit, but never heard from MVG, they have forgotten us.

 

Brian and Laura, think yr in same shoes as us, our lawyer nmever reappealed when we lost teh first case with corrupt court and magistrates bribed by MVG
