I purchased within Stage 2 back in August 04 with a completion date of Dec 06 ( 4 days time! ) and have recently gone through the same pain with customer services as other people on the forum.  I made contact with them on various occasions over the past 4 months without getting any definitive answer as to when the actual completion date for the complex would be – was told in Oct that an information park was being prepared by the Marketing Dept for distribution. Has anyone received such a pack?

These experiences have resulted in me losing faith in PW as a company so much so that I'm currently contemplating terminating my contract.

I'm keen to know the general options and thoughts of other people who have purchased on HR.

-Is this still a viable investment?

-Should I be concerned with the treatment received from CS - is this likely to extend after the apartment has been completed?
