Spoke to customer services today 28th June  I was told that building permission has still not been granted by the local town hall. They hope to have this in the next few months.....they still expect to have everything ready for the end of 2008 early 2009. They were very appologetic not a lot they can do ...... !!!!!

Hi

Heard from PW the other day (Easter Monday) that the earth removal and road infra structure is under way at TDLT but they have as yet not received permission to start building. They hope to receive permission very soon!!!! After sales seem to think the completion date " second semester 2008 "  will still be attainable ..... personally speaking I think more like Easter 2009. Has any one else heard any thing different?

It's good to read some positive reports about the area but has anybody given any thought to the community charges and how much they may be? Will they be set by PW?

I don't think you can go far wrong with TDLT...I'm still truing to find out if they have started to build TDLT yet. Is there anyone out there with this information?
