 Sorry forthe late reply, but I didnt se your question until now.. Congratulations, i saw that you bought a property i phase 4. I think  its a excellent choice : )  We bought in maj 2011 and we have only had one meeting. We pay 28 Euro each month for communal costs.

 Hi  there! We bought a penthouse in maj 2011. We did not get the offer to buy with 107% so we had  to pay the taxes and other fees . I  would say its a fantastic  oppurtunity to  buy  now. We love our penthouse and are  looking forward to the opening of the new  airport and Paramount world. Mojon hills and Isla Plana is in my opinion a fantastic place to live in.We are working in Sweden and have  bought the penthouse to live in the cold months of the year when we dont have to work anymore. It is ten years from   now so until then we have planned to pay of the penthouse.And of course use it as a  holidayhome.  BlueMedInvest have been very professional and friendly  and  helped us all the way by buying the property.I  really think you can trust them.  Hello.Sorry to hear about your bad luck. We have bougth an apartement in fase 3  but we have´nt  heard about   the burgler in the area.Did they destroyed a lot? What  did  they took? I wonder how they could operate so no one in the  neaborhood suspekts anything? How did they get in to the house? Very sorry for your problems and I hope thate we together can prenvent this to happend in the future.  Best regards/R
