Hi we have recently bought an apartment in Puerto De Mazarron and absolutely love it here. However we don't think the air con is working properly, can anyone recommend a local firm that could help out? Preferably English speaking :-)

Hi

We are just about to buy one of the apartments on phase 4 and plan to rent it out. We have been told the market is good for rental particularly in the summer - would value your opinion on how easy it is to rent out please. Also can you send the details about property management please as we need someone reliable and good value for keeping an eye on it when we are not around and to clean etc.
