Hi, i thought i was in Jardine 5 but found out its  Naranjos 5 :-)

Anyhow i am here now for a week or so, quite a few people about; i have not heard of any recent theft or breakins, but as always we need to be on the lookout to protect our community.

Thanks for sharing; same here i have recently bought on Jardine 5, i have not been over yet to take the keys, planning to do that end of April.

Hope no further problems for you there..

How can i check if my place ok? should i contact the administration?

Dear Findings,

I am in the same situation, i am still waiting 10 months now. Also on the 110% deal. I have lost hope now and will try to get my deposit back.

I understand the problem is with with the Banco Popular, but how long does it take to approve or not approve?

Does anyone have any advice?

I am still waiting for completion of my mortgage deal, its been 9 months now; i was informed recently its with the risk department of the bank so hopefully the completion comes through before the New Year!

Its been pretty frustrating. I am buying a 3 bed on the 110% deal.

Is anyone experiencing a similar problem?
