I own a one bed apartment in the Canary Islands. It's a complex consisting of 160 apartments approximately,

mostly one bed about 10 studios, and 10 two bed apartments.

All around each apartment block we have community gardens. A lot of apartments owners have taken over the garden are near them with washing stands, tables, chairs, bikes etc. it does look terrible, also the apartment l are one up and one down, (gound, and upstairs), which can be an intrusive to owners.

We never voted for this take over of communal garden space, these people just took it upon themselves.

My question is, can concerned owner do anything about this, as the complex is starting to look really bad.

There is no use complaining to the President as she has taken over part of the communal garden with washing lines tables and chairs.

Is there anything can be done about this situation.
