Thanks for your reply. The info is a great help. I have been in contact with a couple of agents and am aware there are a few apartments for sale in different phases. Am looking to come out over the summer to take a look. Are there any agents you can recommend ? Also are the local beaches ok ? Have heard a few stories that the lagoon is prone to having dirty water which makes it a bit dodgy to swim in .
