I purchased an apartment from Ocean View in Nov 2003 in Block 5....My situation, no doubt like others, has changed. I am not in a postion to complete on this property (when it eventually does becomes finished )  and wondered what luck anyone has had with trying to get back any of the monies that have already been paid to Ocean View.

The length of the building of this development is unbelievable and I went out to Manilva to view progress last week.

I would be interested and look forward to hearing from anbody who is keen to withdraw from the purchase after the lengthy development time and where their personal circumstances have changed.
