I am an owner in block 285 and I am looking for an apartment to rent to accomodate family members.  I would  prefer in block 285 however happy to consider adjacent blocks if available.

We also paid ours last week at the Municipal Building in Torre Pacheco. We hadn't received any bill so we were a bit concerned on how we would be able to pay it . I took along some ID with our property address on it ( domestic bill, mortgage agreement, passport etc). My sister speaks a little spanish so she was able to communicate on our behalf. They took our name and the assistant was able to print us off a copy of our invoice. Ours was also aroud 211 Euro. There is a machine in the office that you can pay your bill by credit or debit card or you can also pay it at some Banks.  The gentleman in the office was very nice but that may have something to do with the fact that he was dealing with two dumb blondes.

My family and I are going out to our property  (Apt 2851H) in July from 22nd July to 3rd Aug. My sister is considering joining us and I wondered if anyone would be interested in renting their property. It would be for a min of 5 days max 7. The dates would be from around Fri 29th July.

Hi all

Just back from an enjoyable 5 day stay in our apartment in block 285. The pool was still closed however I was speaking to one of the neighbours who advised me that it will be opening today (Tues) . A bit disappointing for us as we have two 12 year old children who were dying to get in to it, especially when the weather was so good.  Never mind there's always the next time.

We were disappointed that the bar wasn't opened. There was a sign on the door saying that it was opened from 11am to 7pm but each time we went down there was no sign of life. Don't know what the story is here.
