It appears that Global Aim Mortgages has been taken over by a new Broker and Mr Jim Mellon is no longer there

They are difficult to get hold of as the phone numbers and fax on their website are none functional as of 1st April 2008

I am told that they do respond to emails????

he gave two number to dial from UK 0844 5010330 and 0844 5010333

With the stae of things in Spain right now and the OVP factor I would believe mr "mellon" will have packed his bag and gone

I have only just got BB back so I thought have a look, i am still looking for anyone who has not completed and feels they need help things are progressing but all will take many many months

A quick note to all those who are completeling or who have completed from RERB

I have not put up a thread for a while as I am not completing and wanted to keep "our friends in OVP noses" out of my life.

However having read through more recent threads I can see that those who have completed are making the best of a bad job despite the lack of support from OVP or Jetplus.

More people should be encouraged to see this website as most people who contribute are positive thinking and action taking people and you should all be able to pull together and make it a nice complex.  Sadly for me I have had enough and am pulling out but am prepared to help or support anyone by trying to point in the right direction with those professional people be it legal or otherwise

Also thanks to all who have contacted me with advice or who needed advice  - all know where I am 

I still monitor the site but as noted above I can still be contacted via my private email with over 100 contacts I have had from Manilva beach and surrounding areas proves to me there is something "not quite right"

Good luck to all - I am away on businsess until around the 8th Oct but can usually get the emails

Please be aware that I have been approached by private email and phone by people who are PRETENDING to be disgruntled purchasers on the Manilva Beach and trying to get information from me regarding various opinions on the said complex

Unless you are sure who they are be very careful there are a lot of liars out there and what can only be called FRAUDSTERS
