Hi, we've seen lots of threads regarding Block 7, is this in Manzana 3, we are looking forward to completing in March 2009 but are worried about some of the posts concerning the condition on 'Block 7' and the fact that it looks like it's going to fall down or be pulled down.

We are really looking forward to coming out to La Reserva but getting really worried.  Should we get out there before we complete?

Would love to hear from anyone already occupying in Manzana 3 Block 7.  Happy to hear good or bad, really need to know the facts.

Hi all - we are new to this site but very interested to see posts of others who have bought at La Raserva de Marbella. We have hefty deposits on 2 apartments in Block 7 and have been waiting 5 years!  Our latest update from our solicitors is that it's looking good on getting licenses and poss completion March 2009.  We have been offered the chance to move deposit to 1 property only and complete before licences are issued but we need to look into whether we can get mortgage on this basis.  Has anyone else completed without licences?  Am worried about the condition of apartments as we've not visited for 2 years!
