Recently came back from La Finca and heard that a new company possibly ADT are taking over the security and will be manning the two huts, one at the entrance to La Finca and the other by the new road into Algorfa.   Also they will be offering to replace Securitas alarms in each property for 19 Euros a month.

Hi I've just found this site by chance, we bought on La Finca in Feb 02 and completed Dec 04.

there's a great web site www.algorfa.co.uk where you can catch up on whats going on - worth checking out.

If anyone has any problems (and I'm sure there's plenty!) with after sales there's a really helpful guy in the office called Pablo who is actually getting jobs done.

I came back from La Finca last week and the new bar thats opened called El Lugar will feature on a BBC programme in January, the owners have relocated to Spain and its following their progress.
