Heya we just got back from Condado and our thermometer on the balcony in the shade said 22 degrees, while the sun was out it was beautiful .... shorts and t.shirts .... and a little cooler in the evening so take a sweater and trousers.  the pool was a little too cold for us, as we have a 1 year old, but people lay around the pool in the heat. Hope you have a great time, loads of people arrived just as we where leaving.
