For those of you who have not got Propertunities as your Agent I have posted below a section of an email we have received today from Jeanette:-

IT IS NOW 19.15 on Thurs 2^nd Aug. I have just got off the phone with Adriana and Grupo Masa.

The latest is as follows.

Today’s inspection of M14 went well, only a few minor things were picked up on. Conditional Habitation Certificates will be issued for this poligono. Masa tried to get the inspector to look at M15 but he would not play.

M15 and water and electricity situation no news as yet. To this end Masa recommend the following.

M14 can commence signing from 16^th August

M15 to be put pack to the 30^th August

M16 and M13 to commence signing from 13^th Sept.

As soon as I receive any more information that is credible I will advise.

I am beginning to feel like the news service.

Looks like we at least get credible information from Jeanette.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

We have had phone calls from both our Solicitor and Agent this morning to say that the electric and water are not connected yet so Murcia Town Hall will not grant the Habitation certificates. They also said that, at the moment, they do not have any dates for when this work will be completed but thought that M14's would be connected first.

Those of us who have already been given dates can still complete but will not be able to move in. We can't move over for a few months due to work committments but we're so sorry for the ones who did want to move straight away. Maybe when it gets nearer to our signing dates we will have better news.

Hi All,

We are Open 15-46

Thought we could complete in May so booked a visit 28th April to 11th May. We, like everyone else, had never been given a confirmed hand over date but we hoped it would be early May, hence our visit on Saturday. After reading the messages on this site it looks like we have to resign ourselves to July.

We will be staying on La Manga Club for the duration of our visit and if anyone already living over there would like to meet up please reply to this message.
