Excellent post Starcrest, not too sure how I stand with having the electricity and water turned off by Trampolin after paying an a further installment 18 months ago to have full use of the house but we will wait and see. I would be interested to hear from anyone else who has the same problem

Hi to all,
Just got back from El Trampolin today after spending the weekend checking the work on Damp and leak in pool which I must say have been done with great proffessionalism only to find today I had no electricity and water due to the fact that I had not signed at the Notary as I was unaware any of the paperwork was ready. No communication has been made to notify me of this and I am awaiting a response from my solicitor. I would like to hear from anyone who has also experienced this, I was bout to sing their praises but once again feel let down.

Hi, Just to let you know I have a property on phase 3 and when I returned there on 1st of December there was a real fusty smell and there was damp in 2 of the bedrooms. They have this week removed all of the first row of perimeter tiles and cladding. They have sealed it and are replacing the tiles. I am due to go out on 25th to make sure that it has all been done. I am fortuate that my cousin and also his mother live on the site and have both had the problem with the damp and in both cases the work has rectified the problem. I hope you are successful in having it sorted, Trevor 158

Hi to all, I will be so glad to be making a trip to Murcia tomorrow and the short journey to El Trampolin to spend 6 weeks over there. It is great to see that the commercial centre is taking shape and there are some more possitive comments are being written. I have spent probably 14 weeks over the last 10 months getting the place how I want it and I am looking forward to not doing too much over the coming weeks. I will take some photos and upload them when I return but if in the meantime if anyone is spending time out there then feel free to call round and say hello - No 158. Trevor

Hi To All, This is my first post although I have been reading the info for some weeks now. I have bought a Macerena on phase 3 which we had the keys for in October last year. I was a bit hesitant at the time as they wanted me to make a further cash payment to enable me to get the keys and then for the Escutaras to be issued and the final payment to then be made originally by the end of 2006. We are all to aware of the promises which have been made along the line. There were a few problems which had to be rectified and a couple are still ongoing but as this is initially a holiday home there isn't a major urgency. After recently being asked for copies of Passports and NIE numbers I feel it is only a matter of time until we all have the legal properties that we all expect. I don't think these builders are any different to the majority in Spain having dealt with Polaris World etc. I get out to stay at least 1 week per month so if anyone has any issues or questions please feel free to email me and I will do my best to help out.
