The Picture of the swimming pool area was taken from a artist impression that was on display in the site office, I don't think they have updated the website with the new image.

There is also an artist impression of the pitch and put area which shows it in location to the pool area.

Welcome to the group we are Nige & Jane we bought a three bed Tuscany in July 06, Its great to see the showhouses completed at last, the pictures look great.

Hopefully it will be all steam ahead now with the main build.

We are going over to LTR at the end of April and will take plenty more pictures which we can post for the group.

Looking at the plan of the new pool area I think the numbers that you can see are the greens for the pitch and put course, and the lines indicate the direction from the tee to the greens. There looks to be a lake area in the middle of the course.

We also bought initially through Ambasun who were very good, but we made our 30% installment to our solicitor for them to pay the builder.

 

We used Hifx to do the transfer from this country they were very good and we got a good exchange rate on the euros.

You do not have to pay your instalments to Ambasun its up to you but I dont think there is anything to worry about if you do.I think they just like you to so that they know when they will receive their cmmision, they also offer a good rate for your currency.

Hiya All,

Just to let you all know Ryanair have realised 0.01p flights from Liverpool to Alicanti for dates in April and May.

Good chance to get over and see the showhouses if they are completed by then!!!!
