We have just had a letter and a statement of our account from the Administration people re the houses at the development. Its in Spanish and is difficult for us to completely translate. Has anyone had a similar letter. we have faxed copies to our lawyers and hopefully we will be able to respond approriately, as at one point it says something about 10 days which is up alresdy.

Hi Jhewit, my wife has put the details on under the thread "out of courtsettlement. I'm afraid it doesn't make very good reading. We are very concerned about this new twist of calling witnesses, surely an employee of the company would be biased!!! Watch this space. Phil

We are have started proceedings against the developer and the bank . Our case is due to be heard on November 18th .  We are getting very frustrated as this is such a slow process and we wish to have our investment returned .We purchased in June 2004 on the second part of Phase 1 with high hopes of a very prestigious  beach front development .We are bitterly disappointed with the developer and do not wish to remain in the agrrement .
