We have not yet paid the first 50% sum, but will very soon.

 

Do you think any payments can or should be made before the Bank Guarantee is in place as the whole point of the Guarantee is to protect your financial interest/investment?

 

What has everyone else done?

Does anyone know if Peinsa have built a Tuscany on any other site and where we can get a photo or has anyone got any recent photos of the site and the progress made on the show Tuscany?

 

They wouldn’t let us get too close!

 

Can’t tell anyone what we have bought until we have a photo!

Hi everyone

 

Our Tuscany backs onto what Sonia and Elena optimistically referred to as the forest, don’t think this will ever be a forest as we know it but its plot AG 13, no we’re not superstitious.

 

We’re going out for a month at Christmas and hope there is a show Tuscany we can see, take pics of and show everyone what we have bought. Not telling anyone we know until we can show them pics or they really will think we have gone mad.

 

Our plan is to move out permanently within 5 years, or sooner if we can, fingers crossed.

 

It’s good to know we are not the only ones who find this all a little scary and daunting.

 

It’s also good to know there are plenty of other Brits moving out there with us, the forum is a great way to talk over the plans, problems and meet new neighbours.

 

See you all very soon, sure the time will fly.

Hi everyone, must have gone a bit mad, after much talking and planning and a visit last weekend we have finally taken the plunge and bought a 3 bed Tuscany at LTR, great but just a little bit scary.

 

We have talked about a place in the sun for an age, we are now finally on our way.

 

Buying through Amba Sun but looking for the best independent  Lawyer and Currency Broker. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 

Have some photos but they are no further on than the last posts.

 

Will keep you posted on any interesting developments.
