Hi all,

I have today been told by Caja Madrid that they sent Aldea a cheque on 20m May 09 and by Banco Valenciatthat they transfered our money to Aldea on 12 February 2009, WE HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING!!!!!!. It would seem that Aldea have gone into some sort of administration as I was given another number by them this morning and it is Carlos Conesa Lawyers in Murcia 0034 968 906 837 which is apparently trying to sort out Aldea's mess and they have advised me to get another lawyer who speaks both Spanish and English, give them any documentaion that I have and get them to telephone Carlos Conesa.

Will update when I have further news

Hello all,

Just to let you know that we contacted both Caja Madrid and Banco Valencia to see if our BG's had been executed and cheques issued to Aldea, I spoke to Miguel at Caja Madrid and he called Aldea, and I quote ''robbers and pirates'. Both banks are going to investigate our BG's and I have to ring them back on Monday and they should know by then if the money has been issued. So will keep you posted.

Hi Mohay,

I am unable to send you a personal email. We are in exactly the same position as you found yourself, we have 1st bg with Banco Valencia and 2nd bg with Caja Madrid and Aldea have had our POA and instructions to execute them since July last year and we too cannot get to speak to anyone nor will they reply to emails. Would you please tell us the branch of the bank  and the name of the person that you spoke so that we can ring them also to see if Aldea are also holding on to our money?
