We bought in Block 1,  like Mustard we were told that the habitation licence was issued on 26 June, at what stage is the property ready for occupation? is it when the habitation licence is issued or when the LFO is issued does anybody out there in Spain know when block 1 was actually finished and occupiable/rentable as I understand it the swimming pool was not ready for use until this June

We put a deposit on an apartment in Porto fino in 2006 we now find we are unable to get a mortgage and the apartments are valued way below the original price, We have no alternative but to walk away, are we the only ones or are there others out there in the same position It would be nice to hear from you
