Thanks for the update re the pool. Can anyone give us some indication of how we will be able to access it. My understanding was that it was a communal pool for residents of phase one. Now we've been told it will be open to anyone and we are going to be charged an admission fee. What is the position?

Hi, our advice to anyone hiring a car, no matter where, is to take photographs of the outside and inside of the vehicle when taking delivery, making sure that the company record any defects you come across. Then when returning the vehicle take another batch of photographs. It's amazing when these companies know you have done this that suddenly the damage to the vehicle or whatever isn't your fault.

Hi everyone, We have been looking to purchase the last remaining penthouse in San Cayetano but like many of you are worried about the lack of action in respect of the proposed new  pool complex. We have been assured by the staff in the sales office that a contract as been signed by Taray and the local Council. Can anyone assure me that this is the case before we commit to the purchase. 

Further, we have instructed my solicitor to establish the facts but to date have not received an answer from them.  We will be contacting them tomorrow (04/08/09) for an update and will advise you all with the respons we receive.
