Yes, due diligence was done and, in the last few minutes, I've received an email from Resortalia with details of the fees etc. so everything appears to be in order.

Hi All.

I have recently bought an apartment in block 33 on phase 1, which I think is P11 and I'm trying to find out about the community, what they are responsible for, contact details etc.

Any help would be appreciated
