If anyone is still about and concerned about costa golf I've got more for you.

 

The agent we bought through is now offering to reserve us a place in another development off their own back, guaranteeing all our dough plus interest, plus a further discount on top!

Not too sure myself but they are selling it as better than doing your pieces on a big hole in the ground where costa golf should be.

we just this Thursday got a call from the solicitor about some funny business up at Costa Golf, looks like Aifos are messing around with the dates and some other people have asked for a commitment on a final completion date but Aifos don't want to put anything down on paper, instead they've offered to transfer them to other development sup the coast a bit.

More to follow, but wonder if anyone else has bought there?
