Yes I totally agree- the bankruptcy trustees must now state why the insurers have declined cover I guess. Then we can seek further advice. I just hope the solicitors can find this info out ASAP so we can make decisions .
Would be interested to know what other legal grous are doing ie Charles knapper?

I havent heard anything at all either.

Does anyone know what is happenning with phase 3 "the eye" appartments on even the whole development in general?

Is anyone taking action against the developer who switched from EBCC to GOM?
