The apartment is a ground floor penthouse in Block 5 - A050H

Sounds like Polaris Customer Services lady had it wrong though if others were being told 2 years or more! I also have had very little help from our Solicitors Domus Consulting, but we are going out in May so will give Polaris HQ a personal visit!

I am starting to think that due to the current climate these phase 2 penthouses might never get built!

Hi All,

I am an owner at CDA awaiting completion of a Los Naranjos apartment. I am going there with family for a 6 day holiday combined with complaining to Polaris! on 26th May returning 1st June. Does anyone have a 2 bed jardin apartment available at a good rate either side of the tennis courts / supermarket. I think they are Jardin 6 or 7 but not positive as they have changed the numbers since I had plans of the Jardines.

Hi all,

Just had a call from Polaris regarding my phase 2 penthouse apartment. They said that I would get a call from completions team fairly soon! I only recently got a call to say that everything was on hold and they had not started the build on phase 2 yet.

Can anyone who has been out there recently shed any light on this?

Are there any other phase 2 owners out there who have been contacted by Polaris?

So, has anyone decided on where to get a Spanish mortgage from as yet?

I am still trying to work out where to go for a mortgage as it seems internet brokers and Cam bank seem to be overcharging on the interest rates. Also I have not got a straight answer from Cam bank regarding there supposed €3,000 savings against another lender.

Can anyone help me out with some advice, as I'm getting a little worried now we are getting so close to completion.

Hi All, I am a buyer at Jardin 7 and this is my first post.

I am a little worried about the value of the apartments, has anyone had a mortgage valuation done on the 2 & 3 bed Jardines apartments? Due to lack of rental potential I was thinking about getting another €10k on the mortgage to cover first years repayments etc. I was told that when I bought 18 months ago we were paying about 15% under current market value. So even if the market had not moved at all in all that time I expected to see the value go up by 15% when it came to complete, yet they are still advertising apartments for €119800k which is less than I payed 18 months ago!
