Hi All, Only a woman could come up with a mad idea like this and has obviously not put any thought into this at all.

Well said Sun Lover and Chingo, its good to see that some of us are happy with our purchase and the way we have been treated by the developer.
Totally agree with your comments Sun Lover, I have always received excellent service from the sales staff and although the project has been subjected to delays caused by various situations I cant see that the developers want delays any more than anyone else, surely at the end of the day they would like to see a return on their investment as well.
Crafton, you come across as someone that just wants to stir up a bit of mistrust here, do you have an ulterior motive or just someone with a boring life intent on trying to put others off of trying to make the best of their retirement years. I assume that with your views of the project we have no likelyhood of you becoming one of our neighbours on Finca Parcs.
Chingo sounds as if we missed a great night lucky you. No response from Amanda about the bottle party though, do you think she is ignoring you !! hope not sounds like a great idea. Are you there Amanda ??

Hi Tamboy and Chino,
I am getting a bit confused here as these details do not reflect the information that I have from the management company, I think two different issues are being combined here, from the information I have there are two different services on offer although they do point out they they are not offering a guaranteed rental scheme and they will only take the commission from rentals generated by themselves, Im sure your not expected to pay anything upfront for this service as they state that they will advertise the property free of charge. With the management side of things that is something seperate where you contract them to look after your property during your absence. Im almost sure this is how it all works but Im sure someone out there will correct me if Im wrong. Palo

Just wondering why all reference to the management company has been removed, someone obviously not happy with them !!! personally I have found them to be very helpful and not touted for business only given me very helpful info, still I suppose you cant please everyone, anyway thanks for the newsletter guys very useful, look forward to receiving the next one. Hello everyone and a happy new year to you all, hopefully this will be the year that we will see our new home materialize !! Are any of you are in a similar dilemma to myself with regard to the poor exchange rate in the UK, I am due for completion mid summer and after receiving some excellent info this morning from the managment company on spanish mortgages etc was wondering whether it maybe a good idea to raise the finance in spain until things pickup in the uk again, not sure what way to proceed but thanks to everyone that has given me valuable info recently and especially to Amanda at the managment company, its been very much appreciated.
