NOTICE OF MEETING

 

According to the 16^TH Clause of the Act about Property in Condominium, all the proprietors of the La Hacienda de Mijas-Golf Fase II are called to the General Proprietors Meeting (Extraordinary Meeting). November 10^th 2007, at 16.30 (first summons) and 17.00 hours (second summons). Place of meeting: the residence (communal areas).

1. Confirmation of the President in charge (if not, election of a new President)
2. Any other business

 15^th Clause: Act About Property in Condominium: Proprietors who are not up-to-dated in the payment of all the due debts with the community at the moment of beginning the meeting, and they have not refuted them judicially or proceeded to the judicial or notarial consignment of the owing sum, will be able to participate in their discussions, although they will not be entitled for voting. The meeting minutes will show the proprietors who have been deprived of the vote right, and whose person and participation quota in the community will not be estimated to effects of reaching majorities which are required on this Act.

 

If any proprietor cannot attend the meeting, then can give the proxy vote to any person or the representative member in the Community Board:

NEXT WEEK (WEDNESDAY O THURSDAY) CABLETEC TV (INSTALLER COMPANY) WILL START THE WORKS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE SKY SYSTEM IN THE RESIDENCE.

IN THE LIST OF THE "SKY RESIDENTS" WE HAVE 55 PEOPLE BUT TODAY, JULY 5TH ONLY 27 HAVE PAID THE CHARGES FOR THIS WORK.

IF SLOW PAYERS HAD PAID SOON THIS TOO LONG "SKY HISTORY" WOULD HAVE SUCCEFULLY FINISHED TIME AGO. IN THE ADMINISTRATION WE ARE WORKING WITH GREAT INTEREST IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE RESIDENCE EVERY DAY BUT IT´S IMPORTANT TO PAY NOT ONLY THE SKY CHARGES BUT ALSO THE COMMUNITY CHARGES.

I INSIST TO THE SLOW PAYERS: PLEASE HELP US TO IMPROVE LA HACIENDA. ALL OF US WILL WIN.

THE RESIDENTS WILL BE INFORMED ABOUT ANY NEWS WITH THIS MATTER AND HOW TO PAY THE FEES FOR PRIVATE CONECTIONS IN EVERY HOUSE
