HI All,

Im looking for a Spanish plated 4 wheel drive or stationwagon with 5 doors.

Ideally from 2005 onwards with low/average kms and in excellent condition.

Must be on Spanish Plates with service history.

APART FROM A CAR I would be interested in a Spanish Rg Motorhome from 1995 onwards, diesel only

Im a private individual looking for a good deal and am based on the Costa del Sol.

Most banks are keen to help if you wish to continue payments and terms can be agreed in person at the bank.Dacion en Pago is only an option if your mortgage payments are up to date.Banks are not obliged to offer you interest only but there are other options they may offer you to bring down the monthly repayments.

La Cala Hills is just 5 mins drive from Fuengirola which is lovely at Xmas as its a all year round town unlike the other tourist towns on other coasts.All the golf courses will be open and there are always loads of people on the Costa del Sol over Xmas.La Cala Hills is an upmarket complex next to Mijas Golf so you should be pretty comfy in there.

Sadly many banks have that condition and many people agree to it when they buy a property.Changing your mortgage to another bank is not a good option as there are set up fees and cancellation fees to be paid which are costly. Best to bite the bullet !
