Superb my friend, exactly what I was looking for. 2nd hand (2008-ish) would be preferable. I spent a year in el Puerto de Santa Maria, Cadiz and as careful as I was at driving, I collected more battle scars on my hire car from parking down town on a Saturday/Sunday afternoon, than I care to remember..!!!

Hi Margie, Hi everyone else..!!!

I am also new to this site and will be moving to El Soto de Marbella, Elviria with my wife in September. We used TTT Moneycorp who have been extremely helpful. They came highly recommended to us by our agent, Property Point Marbella. The fund transfers for the property from our UK bank account took less than 24 hours. Their rates are also very competitive.

As justin pointed out, we avoided a lot of pricey transfer fees by using a licenced broker. Their beneficiary bank is the HSBC Bond Street so they are very trustworthy.
