Hi Ian,

There is a group that is well advanced into litigation, but newcomers are still welcome, I have put a link below to their website.

I switched my deposit from from Fortuna Hills (San Antonio) to La Finca golf course and have been enjoying our great villa in the sun, we switched using Ole International who are handling all the switch transactions for San Antonio, DYOR make shure any route you go down is the one for you and explore all the possabilities.

I Switched using Ole international and the whole of my deposit was used to purchase my Villa, in effect i paid 1/2 price for it (yes i had it valued as well) so my deposit was not lost as it would have been had we gone through IAP Global who are offering a different deal altogether i.e. you DO lose your deposit.

Sorry but you are wrong in your assumption that we have paid over the odds for our switched properties.

I myself paid €60K less than previous buyers of the same villa's and that was a discount negotiated with San Antonio, it is up to the individual to check out current prices and negotiate with the developer who after all still needs to sell properties.
