  Can anyone advise about the change of locks on the Gates on Phase 3, Block 2?  I was contacted last night by a friend to say she was actually locked in and had to find someone to let her back out of the Block. 

 I’m arriving in Spain tomorrow night and urgently need information, as I have no new key to get into my Block.

 Has anyone any information about the change and how to obtain a key.

 I have an apartment on Phase 3 and have paid to be connected to the communal satellite dish installed by Exclusive. 

 I received no letter about this meeting and will not be in Spain on the 3rd to attend.  But as I did by chance attended a meeting in May called by the President for Phase 3  I’m not sure it would make a great deal of difference, as he speaks no English at all and couldn’t answer any of my questions.

  I’m just about to complete on a property on the CDS, can anyone advise on what taxes I have to pay at this stage?

 Should I pay for Fiscal Representation as my lawyer is suggesting to file documents?
