My Spanish car is due it's ITV.

i have lost some crucial documents which Iam told are needed at the ITV centre before they will test the car.

The forms are "tarjeta de inspeccion tecnicade vehicular "and "permission de circulation".

Does anyone know how to obtain duplicates of these forms so I can get the ITV completed.
